Common use of Continued Operation Clause in Contracts

Continued Operation. In the event of a Breach or Default by either Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering Equipment, telemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, secondary systems, communications equipment, building facilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for the Company to operate and maintain the Company Transmission System, or for the Seller to operate and maintain the Facility, in a safe and reliable manner.

Continued Operation. In the event of a Breach or Default by either any Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such AC (and any DC backup) power systems, protection and Metering Equipmentmetering equipment, telemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, secondary systems, communications equipment, building facilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for the Company Parties to operate and maintain the Company Transmission System, or for the Seller to operate and maintain the Facility, their respective transmission systems in a safe and reliable mannermanner or as may be required under any Reliability Requirements.

In the event of a an Event of Breach or Default by either any Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering Equipmentmetering equipment, telemetering equipment, SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) equipment, transformers, secondary systems, communications equipment, building facilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for the Company Parties to operate and maintain the Company Transmission System, or for the Seller to operate and maintain the Facility, their respective transmission systems in a safe and reliable manner.

In the event of a Breach or Default by either Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering Equipment, telemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, secondary systems, communications equipment, building facilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for the Company to operate and maintain the Company Transmission Company’s System, or for the Seller SO to operate and maintain the Facility, in a safe and reliable manner.

In the event of If a Breach or Default by either Partyoccurs, the Parties shall nevertheless continue to be obligated operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering Equipment, telemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, secondary systems, communications equipment, building facilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for the Company to operate and maintain the Company Transmission System, or for the Seller to operate and maintain the Facility, in a safe and reliable manner.
