Common use of Continued Operation Clause in Contracts

Continued Operation. In the event of a Breach or Default by a Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering Assets, Telemetering Assets, SCADA equipment, transformers, Secondary Systems, communications assets, building assets, software, documentation, structural components, and other assets and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner to operate and maintain the Transmission System and for Consumers to operate and maintain the Unit, in a safe and reliable manner.

Continued Operation. In the event of a Breach or Default by a any Party, the Parties shall continue to operate and maintain, as applicable, such AC (and any DC backup) power systems, protection and Metering Assetsmetering equipment, Telemetering Assetstelemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, Secondary Systems, communications assetsequipment, building assetsfacilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other assets facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner the Parties to operate and maintain the Transmission System and for Consumers to operate and maintain the Unit, their respective transmission systems in a safe and reliable mannermanner or as may be required under any Reliability Requirements.

In the event of If a Breach or Default by a Partyoccurs, the Parties shall nevertheless continue to be obligated operate and maintain, as applicable, such DC power systems, protection and Metering AssetsEquipment, Telemetering Assetstelemetering equipment, SCADA equipment, transformers, Secondary Systemssecondary systems, communications assetsequipment, building assetsfacilities, software, documentation, structural components, and other assets facilities and appurtenances that are reasonably necessary for Transmission Provider or Transmission Owner Company to operate and maintain the Company Transmission System and System, or for Consumers Seller to operate and maintain the UnitFacility, in a safe and reliable manner.
