Common use of Continued Performance; Specific Performance Clause in Contracts

Continued Performance; Specific Performance. During the pendency of any Dispute, each Party shall continue to perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement. Further, Section 9.17 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement shall be incorporated by reference herein as though included in this Agreement (but for this purpose, only to the extent applicable to this Agreement, and not to the Separation and Distribution Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement).
