Common use of Continuing Disclosure Statement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Disclosure Statement. Upon the reasonable request of Seller from time to time, Buyer shall make available to Seller any information regarding the operation of the Hospital and the health care facilities which contain or utilize the Acquired Assets as may be necessary for Seller to provide any disclosures or reports which may be required from time to time in connection with any of the Existing Bonds, including, without limitation, those required under the Continuing Disclosure Certificates delivered in connection with each of the General Obligation Bonds and Revenue Bonds of the Seller.
