Common use of Continuing Duties Clause in Contracts

Continuing Duties. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties, made herein, shall survive the termination of your employment and execution of this Agreement and are otherwise continuing duties, obligations, and responsibilities of the Parties. You further acknowledge and agree that the protection of the Released Parties’ Confidential Information, as defined in the Employment Agreement, survive the termination of your employment with the Company and you agree to comply with said terms and conditions.
