Common use of Continuing Efforts Clause in Contracts

Continuing Efforts. Subject to the terms and conditions herein provided, Contributing Member covenants and agrees to use its best efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions and do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper and/or appropriate to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Continuing Efforts. Subject to the terms and conditions herein provided, such Contributing Member covenants and agrees to use its best reasonable commercial efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions and do, or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper and/or appropriate to consummate and make effective the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, obtaining all consents, waivers, approvals and authorizations of all Persons and Governmental Authorities required to effect the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the Consolidation Transactions.
