Common use of Continuing Hosting Services Clause in Contracts

Continuing Hosting Services. The continuing Hosting Services provided by the Supplier by its contracted third parties, which allow for availability of the Software, include internet connectivity (as detailed in paragraph 3 above, load distribution management, security services, monitoring, back-up, release management and change control, and administration services.
