Project completion criteria are met in step 6 above, or when the customer launches any of the functionality, whichever occurs first. Launches are scheduled at least one month before a “busy time”, or held until after the busy time has ended. As SRC Solutions has learned from years of deploying Registration Gateway, the nuances of the information collected evolve. With that point in mind, we have implemented an adjustment period into your deployment schedule which is no less than 60 days after launch. Schools and Districts much like yourselves use this opportunity to refine Registration Gateway from its initial launch iteration by implementing changes from feedback collected.
