Common use of Continuing Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Continuing Indemnity. This indemnity shall be a continuing indemnity, and shall extend to the ultimate balance of all amounts which may be or become due, owing or payable under this indemnity and shall continue in force notwithstanding any intermediate payment in whole or in part of any such amounts.
