Salary Compensation. As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.
Salary Compensation. In consideration of the services rendered by the Executive under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive a base salary (the "Base Salary") at the rate of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($650,000) per calendar year, plus annual cost of living increases. The Base Salary shall be paid in such installments and at such times as the Company pays its regularly salaried key executive employees.
Salary Compensation. Beginning January 1, 2022, the Company shall pay Employee an annualized base salary of THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($375,000.00), payable in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices, no less frequently than monthly. Until January 1, 2022, Employee will continue to earn his current annual base salary, as provided by the 2016 Employment Agreement.
Salary Compensation. In consideration of the services rendered by the Executive under this Agreement, the Company shall pay the Executive a base salary (the "Base Salary") at the rate of One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($161,500) per calendar year. The Base Salary shall be paid in such installments and at such times as the Company pays its regularly salaried key executive employees, and the Board may change the Base Salary from time to time in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in no event shall the Base Salary for any calendar year be less than the Base Salary in effect for the immediately prior calendar year.
Salary Compensation. The Company shall pay Employee an annualized base salary of TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($264,895.28), payable in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices, no less frequently than monthly.
Salary Compensation payment by the Company, by an affiliate, or by any corporation otherwise related to the Company, to the Member of member’s fees or any salary, wages or other compensation;

Salary Compensation. Unit members who are absent from work during required periods of service shall be entitled to salary compensation during the period of such absence as expressly provided by this Agreement.
Salary Compensation. Up to 60 Credit Hours earned through any combination of graduate study and in-service study will be compensated as part of total salary at the rate set forth in the salary schedule Article of this Contract as an addition to base salary. When a unit member has accumulated 60 Credit Hours, any additional graduate study or in-service study compensation will be by one-time lump sum payments described below. A completed hour of graduate study credited by the graduate institution equals 1 Credit Hour for purposes of compensation. Each completed block of 45 seat hours of in-service study equals 3 Credit Hours for purposes of compensation (in- service hours will not be compensated as part of salary in less than 45 seat hour blocks). To receive Credit Hour salary compensation for completed graduate work, unit members must submit to the Business Office an official grade transcript showing that the requisite amount of advanced training has been completed. Transcripts will be submitted by October 15 or March 15 of each school year. Adjustments in salary will be made as soon thereafter as possible and, in no case, later than the first check in November or April. Courses completed in the spring semester will not be recognized until the following fiscal year.
