Common use of Continuing Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuing Insurance Obligations. Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) years after such period.

Continuing Insurance Obligations. Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold Sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) years after such period.

Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(sMethod(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) years after such period.

Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(s) Subject Matter developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold Sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) years after such period.

Continuing Insurance Obligations. Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Data is being used or Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) [*] years after such period.

Continuing Insurance Obligations. Licensee will shall maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(sMethod(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for a reasonable period following the completion of the activities contemplated under (a) above, but in no event shall be less than five (5) years after such period.

Continuing Insurance Obligations. Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s), Other Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(sMethod(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed or sold by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; and (ii) for five (5) years after such period.

Licensee will maintain such commercial general liability insurance beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement during (i) the period that any Licensed Product(s) and/or Licensed Service(s) developed pursuant to this Agreement is being commercially distributed used, distributed, reproduced, manufactured, sold, publicly performed, or sold publicly displayed by Licensee, any Affiliate, or any Sublicensee or agent of Licensee; , and (ii) for five (5) years [***] after such period.
