Common use of Continuing Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Continuing Jurisdiction. Without affecting the finality of the final judgment, the Court shall retain continuing jurisdiction over the Litigation and the Parties, including all members of the Settlement Class, the administration and enforcement of this Agreement and the Settlement, and the benefits to the Settlement Class hereunder, including for such purposes as supervising the implementation, enforcement, construction, and interpretation of this Agreement; the order preliminarily approving the Settlement, the Final Approval Order and final judgment, the award of fees and expenses, and the distribution of settlement proceeds to the Settlement Class. Any dispute or controversies arising with respect to the interpretation, enforcement, or implementation of the Agreement shall be presented by motion to the Court.
