Common use of Continuing Nature of Provisions Clause in Contracts

Continuing Nature of Provisions. This Agreement shall continue to be effective, and shall not be revocable by any party hereto, until the earlier of (a) the Working Capital Obligations Payment Date, and (b) the Term Loan Obligations Payment Date. This is a continuing agreement and the Working Capital Secured Parties and the Term Loan Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, any Loan Party on the faith hereof.

This is a continuing agreement and the Working Capital Revolving Facility Secured Parties and the Term Loan Facility Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, Borrower or any other Loan Party on the faith hereof.

This Agreement shall continue to be effective, and shall not be revocable by any party hereto, until the earlier to occur of (a) the Working Capital U.S. Revolver Obligations Payment Date, Date and (b) the Term Loan Obligations Payment Date. This is a continuing agreement and the Working Capital U.S. Revolver Secured Parties and the Term Loan Secured Parties may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies and provide indebtedness Indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrowers or any other Loan Party on the faith hereof.

Continuing Nature of Provisions. This Agreement shall continue to be effective, and shall not be revocable by any party hereto, hereto until the earlier of (a) Credit Agreement Obligation Payment Date for all Credit Agreement Obligations and the Working Capital Secured Counterparty Payment Date for all Secured Counterparty Obligations Payment Date, and (b) the Term Loan Obligations Payment Dateshall have occurred. This is a continuing agreement and the Working Capital Credit Agreement Secured Parties Parties, the Secured Counterparties, and the Term Loan Secured Parties Sowood may continue, at any time and without notice to the other parties hereto, to extend credit and other financial accommodations, lend monies monies, and provide indebtedness to, or for the benefit of, the Borrowers or any other Loan Party on the faith hereof.
