Common use of Continuing Obligations of Seller Clause in Contracts

Continuing Obligations of Seller. Notwithstanding any payment of an Energy Replacement Damage Amount or any dispute regarding a Quarterly Statement, Seller shall remain obligated to convey all electric energy generated by the Generating Facility and all Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and Resource Adequacy Benefits to SCE during the Term, as provided in Sections 3.01 and 3.02.
