Common use of Continuing Officers Clause in Contracts

Continuing Officers. The Member may elect one person to more than one position. The Officers shall continue in office following the execution of this Agreement by the Member: Jose Lynch President and Chief Executive Officer Johx Xxxxxxxx Chief Financial Officer Roland Rapp Vxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Secretary The Member ox xxx Xxxxx of Managers may also appoint such additional officers, including a Treasurer, Assistant Treasurers, Assistant Secretaries and Vice Presidents, as it may deem advisable.
