Common use of Continuing Privacy and Security Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuing Privacy and Security Obligations. Business Associate’s obligation to protect the privacy and confidentiality and safeguard the security of Protected Health Information as specified in Section E shall be continuous and survive termination of the Addendum.
