Common use of Continuing Privacy Obligation Clause in Contracts

Continuing Privacy Obligation. Broker’s obligation to protect the privacy of the Health Information or Personal and Health Information shall be continuous and survive termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of this Agreement.

Continuing Privacy Obligation. Broker/Agent’s obligation to protect the privacy of the Protected Health Information it created or Personal and Health Information shall received for or from Company will be continuous and survive termination, cancellation, expiration or other conclusion of this Agreement. Broker/Producer is responsible for keeping abreast of enhancements, changes or new regulations that may be implemented by HHS/CMS (See F(2) Amendment).
