Continuing Rights and Privileges. Notwithstanding the sale or other disposition by Central of all of its Common Interest in accordance with this Agreement, Central shall continue to be a Member of the Company so long as it continues to hold the Preferred A Interest or the Preferred B Interest and shall have the rights and privileges specified in this Agreement as pertaining to the Preferred A Interest or the Preferred B Interest or specified in this Agreement as rights and privileges of Central.
