Continuing Security Interest and Discharge. This Agreement shall create a continuing security interest in the Collateral and shall remain in full force and effect until payment and performance in full of the Secured Obligations and the termination of the Credit Agreement, notwithstanding any dealing between the Collateral Agent and the Debtor or any guarantor in respect of the Secured Obligations or any release, exchange, non-perfection, amendment, waiver, consent or departure from or in respect of any or all of the terms or provision of any security held for the Secured Obligations.
