Continuing Services Required. Adventure Fit shall perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement commencing on the Effective Date until such Services are terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement. Adventure Fit shall not temporarily delay, postpone, or suspend the performance of the Services without the written consent of the Town Board of Trustees, Town Administrator, the Town Representative, or other Town employee expressly authorized in writing to direct Adventure Fit’s services.
