Continuing the Work. During the pendency of any dispute or disagreement, the CONTRACTOR shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule, and shall not abandon, slow down or terminate its work, and no Work shall be delayed or postponed pending resolution of any disputes or disagreements, unless this Agreement is Terminated or such deviation from the Work or Work Schedule is directed by the CITY.
