Common use of CONTINUING WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

CONTINUING WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS. Each warranty, representation, and covenant contained in this Agreement shall continue until the Agreement is terminated and all Obligations have been paid or satisfied in full and shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied upon by Bank regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by Bank. The warranties, representations, and covenants set forth herein shall be cumulative and in addition to any and all other warranties, representations, and covenants that Borrower shall give or cause to be given to Bank, either now or hereafter.
