Common use of Continuity of Contract Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Contract. All of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement and continue thereafter until a successor agreement is agreed upon by and between the parties hereto, with the exception of Article 5 (No Strike, No Lock-Out Clause), which shall expire on June 30, 2026.

Continuity of Contract. Continuity of Contract. All of the terms and conditions of this Agreement contract shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement contract and continue thereafter until a successor agreement contract is agreed upon by and between the parties hereto, with the exception of Article 5 Paragraph A, Miscellaneous Provisions (No Strikeno lockout, No Lock-Out Clauseno strike provision), which shall expire on June 30, 20262023.
