Continuity of Ownership. The Manager shall treat ownership of the Class A Units as being continuous from the Effective Date to the Distribution Date (or, if applicable, the date of distribution of liquidation proceeds) as of which the calculation is being made, without regard to any change in ownership of the Class A Units during such period.
