Common use of Continuous Coverage; Notice of Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Continuous Coverage; Notice of Cancellation. Subrecipient shall maintain continuous, uninterrupted coverage for the duration of the Contract. There shall be no termination, cancellation, material change, potential exhaustion of aggregate limits or nonrenewal of coverage without thirty (30) days written notice from Subrecipient to PHB. If the insurance is canceled or terminated prior to termination of the Contract, Subrecipient shall immediately notify PHB and provide a new policy with the same terms. Any failure to comply with this clause shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and shall be grounds for immediate termination of the Contract.
