Common use of Continuous Effectiveness of Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Continuous Effectiveness of Registration Statement. The Company will use all reasonable efforts to cause each Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Section 2 to be declared effective by the SEC or to become effective under the Securities Act as promptly as practicable and to keep each such Registration Statement that has been declared or becomes effective continuously effective for the Required Period.

Continuous Effectiveness of Registration Statement. The Company will use all its reasonable efforts to cause each the Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Section 2 to be declared effective by the SEC or to become effective under the Securities Act as promptly as practicable and to keep each such Registration Statement that has been declared or becomes effective continuously effective for until the Investor no longer holds any Registrable Securities (the “Required Period”).
