Common use of Continuous Outage Termination Right Clause in Contracts

Continuous Outage Termination Right. In the event of a Continuous Outage, Tenant may terminate this Lease by timely delivery of the Continuous Outage Termination Notice to Landlord. Tenant’s failure to timely deliver Tenant’s Continuous Outage Termination Notice shall automatically extinguish Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease with respect to that particular Continuous Outage. If Tenant exercises its termination right under this Paragraph B, then Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the reasonable costs incurred by Tenant in moving Tenant’s Personal Property from the Tenant Space to a new location.
