Continuous Part-Time Status Clause Samples
The Continuous Part-Time Status clause defines the conditions under which an employee may maintain part-time employment on an ongoing basis. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum and maximum number of hours the employee is expected to work each week, and may specify eligibility requirements or procedures for requesting changes to part-time status. Its core function is to provide clarity and structure for both employer and employee regarding expectations and rights related to sustained part-time work, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensure consistent application of part-time arrangements.
