Common use of Continuous Pledge Clause in Contracts

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor ----------------- ----------- will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Collateral Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and Shares, all other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, and all Dividends securities, security entitlements and Distributions with respect thereto, securities accounts constituting Collateral and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, security entitlements, financial assets, investment property, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.4 hereof, the each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Collateral Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock Capital Stock constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securitiesCapital Stock, instruments, proceeds, proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral. Any Distributions on Pledged Shares consisting of Capital Stock will be certificated.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.1, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Surge pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock constituting CollateralShares, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securitiescapital stock, instruments, proceeds, proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateralthe Pledged Property. Any Distributions on Pledged Shares consisting of capital stock will be certificated.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.4 hereof, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares Property and all other shares of capital stock interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Designated Purchaser pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares Equity Interests and all other shares of capital stock Equity Interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, all Pledged Notes, all interest, principal and other proceeds received by the Agent with respect to the Pledged Notes, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor will, at At all times, Pledgor will keep pledged to the Lender pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock and other ownership interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect theretothereto (subject, however, to Section 1.4 hereof), and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, capital accounts, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.5, the Pledgor Pledgors will, at all times, keep pledged to the Lender Collateral Trustee pursuant hereto all Pledged Shares and all other shares of capital stock constituting Pledged Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Pledged Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the any Pledgor in respect of any Pledged Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Continuous Pledge.
