Common use of Continuous Pledge Clause in Contracts

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Interests, all other Equity Interests constituting Collateral, and all other Collateral and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.5, the each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Collateral Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Interests, Interests and all other Equity Interests constituting Collateral, all Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.4 hereof, the Pledgor ----------------- will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Collateral Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Partnership Interests, all other Equity Interests constituting CollateralDistributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral Collateral, instruments, proceeds and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.42.5, the Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Global Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged InterestsShares, all other Equity Interests shares of stock constituting Collateral, and all securities, security entitlements and securities accounts constituting Collateral, and all other Collateral and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged InterestsInterests and all other shares of capital stock constituting Collateral, all Dividends (other Equity Interests constituting Collateralthan Dividends actually paid in cash in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement) and Distributions with respect thereto, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral.

Any Distributions on Pledged Shares consisting of Capital Securities will be certificated.

Continuous Pledge. Subject to Section 2.4, the each Pledgor will, at all times, keep pledged to the Administrative Agent pursuant hereto all Pledged Interests, Equity Interests and all other Equity Interests constituting Collateral, all Dividends and Distributions with respect thereto, all Pledged Notes, all interest, principal and other proceeds received by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Pledged Notes, and all other Collateral and other securities, instruments, proceeds, and rights from time to time received by or distributable to the such Pledgor in respect of any Collateral..
