CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD. The Service Provider shall adhere to good practice with regards to the continuous improvement and the professional development of those individuals engaged by them to provide the Services. The Service Provider shall establish a programme, to be reviewed annually, to identify the development needs of their Staff and agree personal development plans (including any Purchaser core or refresher training) to address any identified needs informed by the scope of each Establishment’s ALP. This Programme should be shared with the HQ Learning and Skills Team. Delivery of CPD for Staff should be managed and conducted to not affect the delivery of routine services and programmed activity.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD. 41.1 The Employer and qualified Employee are committed to staff continuous professional development. Employees will be actively encouraged to attend educational courses relevant to their professional development and of benefit to the Employer.
41.2 The Employer shall grant professional development leave of up to 9 hours per calendar year for all qualified Employees. This leave is to enable Employees to attend training relevant to their development and relevant to the Employer. Prior approval of the Employer must be obtained. The approval of the Employer shall not be unreasonably withheld.
41.3 An Employee may take leave on pay to attend National Meetings or Seminars of Section Groups and/ or Colleges of the NZNO. This leave may be charged against the professional/ educational development leave as specified in Clause 41.2. Prior approval of the Employer must be obtained. The approval of the Employer shall not be unreasonably withheld.
41.4 All of the Employee's normal working hours absent from the practice for professional / educational development including travel time will be a claim against the hours as specified in Clause 41.2.
41.5 Paid meetings to meet organisational and service requirements not otherwise addressed in this clause (including staff meetings and in- service training) shall be granted in addition to the above provisions.
41.6 Professional I educational development leave will be granted at T1 rate and shall not accumulate from one year to the next.

The Supplier will ensure that delivery of CPD for its Staff is managed and conducted in a manner which does not affect the delivery of routine services and programmed activity.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD. Teaching staff of the Ghana Education Service shall be provided with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Allowance as follows: • Professional Teachers - GH₵1200 per academic year • Non-Professional Teachers - GH₵800 per academic year The Allowance shall be used for the purpose of supporting the continuous professional development of teachers, which shall count as part of the teachers’ eligibility for promotion.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD. 15.1 The Provider shall meet RPSGB requirements regarding CPD. The proportion of CPD relevant to the Services shall reflect the proportion of time spent on providing the Services.
15.2 The Provider shall participate in relevant locally organised training for pharmacists, as detailed in the service specification.
15.3 The Provider shall ensure that Commissioner updates in relation to the Services are actioned appropriately, and relevant staff are made aware of changes to any of the Services.
CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD. The parties recognise the need for AXIS employees to maintain their skills and knowledge relevant to their occupation, registration, or licence. The employer recognises the benefit to their business of having highly skilled employees. The company fully supports and will encourage employees to participate in both internal and external industry training and networking. The employer will ensure company provided AXIS activities are recorded and made available to employees on request.
