Common use of Contract Administrator Authority Clause in Contracts

Contract Administrator Authority. The Contract Administrator is authorized to coordinate and communicate with Contractor to manage and supervise the performance of this Agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or otherwise set forth in the Broward County Procurement Code, Broward County Code of Ordinances, or Broward County Administrative Code, the Contract Administrator may exercise ministerial authority in connection with the day-to-day management of this Agreement. The Contract Administrator may approve in writing minor modifications to the Scope of Services that do not increase the total cost to County or waive any rights of County.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or otherwise set forth in the Broward County Procurement Code, Broward County Code of Ordinances, or the Broward County Administrative Code, the Contract Administrator may exercise ministerial authority in connection with the day-to-day management of this Agreement. The Contract Administrator may approve in writing minor modifications to the Scope of Services that do not increase the total cost to County or waive any rights of County.
