Common use of Contract Administrator Ownership Clause in Contracts

Contract Administrator Ownership. Implementer acknowledges and agrees that Contract Administrator is the sole owner of all databases, Program participant information, Customer usage information, and similar data developed or delivered in connection with Programs to be administered (all of which shall be deemed to be Confidential Information), and Implementer shall acquire no rights of ownership in any such materials, and shall provide all such materials to the Administrator, upon request.
