Common use of Contract Administrators Clause in Contracts

Contract Administrators. The Construction Manager and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Construction Manager’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.
