Common use of Contract and Custodial Account Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Contract and Custodial Account Exchanges. (a) A Participant or Beneficiary is permitted to change the investment of his or her Account Balance among the Vendors identified in Appendix A, subject to the terms of the Individual Agreements. However, an investment change that includes an investment with a Vendor that is not eligible to receive contributions under Section II – Plan Information (referred to below as an exchange) is not permitted unless the conditions in paragraphs (b) through (d) of this Section 6.4 are satisfied.
