The website shall provide contract and ordering information to include, at a minimum: 2.1.3.2.1 The contract number(s) (MPA and PA); 2.1.3.3.2 The Reseller primary contact and contacts to whom incidents are to be escalated:  Name(s and titles  Areas of responsibility for each contact name;  Phone number(s); and,  Email address(es). 2.1.3.3.3 Information on use of website, 2.1.3.3.4 Quote and ordering information; and, 2.1.3.3.5 Notifications regarding publishers and products, such as pending key product changes or upgrades.
