Common use of Contract Default, Debarment or Suspension Clause in Contracts

Contract Default, Debarment or Suspension. Default shall be made under any Government Contract with, or any Government Contract is terminated for default by, the United States or any individual department, agency or instrumentality of the United States with which any Borrower has contracts in the aggregate at that point in time with a value in excess of $10,000,000, or if any Borrower is debarred or suspended, whether temporarily or permanently, by the United States or any department, agency or instrumentality of the United States.
