Contract for Construction. The “Contract for Construction”, which constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Construction Manager, consists of this Agreement and all exhibits hereto; the General Terms and Conditions; special conditions, if any; proposal(s) submitted by Construction Manager and accepted by Owner, if any; the Construction Documents; any amendments or addenda executed by the Owner and the Construction Manager hereafter; Owner approved change order(s) or field orders if there is insufficient time to fully execute a change order; and the additional documents listed on Exhibit A, if any. Documents not included or expressly contemplated in this Section 1.5 do not, and shall not, form any part of the Contract for Construction. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shop drawings and other submittals from the Construction Manager or its subcontractors and suppliers do not constitute a part of the Contract for Construction.
