Contract Impairment Sample Clauses
Contract Impairment. This Agreement shall be subject to all present and future state laws and/or directives of the Legislature or the Governor of the state of Washington. In the event of conflict between the results of the above action and the requirements of this Agreement, the former shall prevail.
Contract Impairment. Whether the proposed transfer or assignment would result in an evasion of other applicable provisions of law or impair lawful contracts.
