Contract Laboratory Data. Contract laboratory results will be transmitted as both printed results and electronic data deliverables (EDD). Printed packages will contain EPA CLP-Type information that will allow later validation of the data as deemed necessary by the DQOs. The XXXx will be in either Microsoft Excel format or another format that is readily convertible to Excel. The following fields are required by the project and at a minimum the data packages from the analytical laboratory will include these XXXx:  Sample identifier (client and laboratory)  Sample media  Sampling date  Analysis date  Laboratory analysis identifier  Compound name  Concentration value (actual values for all radiological samples)  Minimum detectable concentration values  Dilution factor  Analysis identifier (initial, re-analysis, etc.)  Measurement units  Laboratory qualifiers  Measurement uncertainty for all radiological parameters

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws.   • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Annual Production Program document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.

  • Product Data Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.
