CONTRACT LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION. The Contractor and DCH agree that in the event of a disagreement regarding, arising out of, or related to, Contract language interpretation, DCH’s interpretation of the Contract language in dispute shall control and govern. DCH’s interpretation of the Contract language in dispute shall not be subject to Appeal under any circumstance.
