Ad Hoc Reports. The Department or Customer may require additional Contract information such as copies of purchase orders or ad hoc sales reports. The Contractor shall submit information in response to these specific ad hoc requests for reports within the specified amount of time as requested by the Department or Customer.

Ad Hoc Reports. The Department reserves the right to require additional reports or information pertaining to this Contract and any resulting purchase orders or contracts with customers. Ad Hoc Reports. The City may request and receive from the Contractor up to two (2) ad hoc reports each year, at no additional charge to the City. These reports may include Customer Service database tabulations to identify specific service level or participation patterns or other similar information. Reports shall be provided in a City-defined format within thirty (30) Days of the request. These reports shall not require the Contractor to expend more than twenty (20) staff hours per year to complete.
