Ad Hoc Reports. The Department or Customer may require additional Contract information such as copies of purchase orders or ad hoc sales reports. The Contractor shall submit information in response to these specific ad hoc requests for reports within the specified amount of time as requested by the Department or Customer.
Ad Hoc Reports. The Department reserves the right to require additional reports or information pertaining to this Contract and any resulting purchase orders or contracts with customers. The Contractor must submit a report or information within five (5) business days after receipt of a Department request, unless otherwise approved by the Department.
Ad Hoc Reports. The Contractor shall provide the Department Ad Hoc Reports upon request of the Contract Manager, Local Contract Coordinator – Operations, or the Inspector General’s Office.
Ad Hoc Reports. You may be required to provide information into other ad-hoc reporting on your grant activity. The purpose and format will be specified by us.
Ad Hoc Reports. The Recipient must provide ad-hoc reports as requested by DFAT from time to time at the time and in the manner reasonably required by DFAT in relation to any significant developments concerning the Activity or any significant delays or difficulties encountered in undertaking the Activity.
Ad Hoc Reports. The City may request and receive from the Contractor up to two (2) ad hoc reports each year, at no additional charge to the City. These reports may include Customer Service database tabulations to identify specific service level or participation patterns or other similar information. Reports shall be provided in a City-defined format within thirty (30) Days of the request. These reports shall not require the Contractor to expend more than twenty (20) staff hours per year to complete.
Ad Hoc Reports. The Contractor shall submit Ad Hoc Reports as may be required from time to time by CDA. Typical subject areas may include, but are not limited to:
a. General site operations
b. Facility and equipment
c. Emergency care d. Availability of care
Ad Hoc Reports. CONTRACTOR will provide ad hoc reports as requested by HHSC at no additional charge if the information requested is currently available or easily modified from existing data. If the requested information is not currently available or easily modified from existing data, the change order process set out in Article 8 will apply or the Parties may mutually agree on an alternative.
