CONTRACT MANUFACTURERS AND FOUNDRIES. The Receiving Party has the right to disclose to its contract manufacturers and foundries permitted under any Transaction Agreement portions of the Confidential Information as reasonably necessary in the exercise of the Receiving Party's "have made" rights under any Transaction Agreement, subject to the contract manufacturer's and foundry's agreement in writing to confidentiality and non-use terms at least as protective of the Disclosing Party as the provisions of this Agreement.
