Contract Manufacturing and Alpha Manufacturing. (A) To the extent of excess capacity at the Melrose Park Facility (in all cases after satisfying 100% of NEW ALPHA’s and GENERICO’s actual demand for the Product, Pipeline Products and Generico Products, as applicable, GENERICO will undertake any contract manufacturing opportunities presented by NEW ALPHA subject to the following:
