Common use of Contract Materials Clause in Contracts

Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished work products, documents, data, studies, maps, photographs, and other materials and efforts conducted by Contractor under this Agreement shall become the property of District and shall be promptly delivered to District.
