Common use of CONTRACT OBLIGATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT OBLIGATION. The Client shall pay an amount not to exceed $25,000 (Twenty-five thousand dollars) for the performance of all things reasonably necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work as set forth in the “Responsibilities of NWESD”.
