CONTRACT PREPARATION. The parties acknowledge that they have been advised and have had the opportunity to obtain whatever advice and counsel as necessary for each of them to form a full and complete understanding of all rights and obligations in this Agreement. Each party has had the opportunity to review and negotiate this Agreement. The parties agree that the preparation of this Agreement has been their joint effort. This Agreement contains the parties’ mutual expressions and the resulting document shall not, solely as a matter of judicial construction, be construed more severely against either party.
