Contract Price and Payment. 2.1 Payments for performance of the Work contemplated by this Contract shall be in the amount and in accordance with the provisions set forth in Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. 2.2 Nothing contained in this Contract shall require BRA to pay for any Work that is unsatisfactory as determined by BRA or which is not submitted in compliance with the terms of this Contract. 2.3 BRA will not be required to make any payments to the PROVIDER, when the PROVIDER is in default under this Contract, nor shall this paragraph constitute a waiver
