Contract Price Progress Payments. 8.2.1 Design-Builder shall submit to Owner on the tenth (10th) day of each month, beginning with the first month after the Date of Commencement, Design-Builder’s Application for Payment in accordance with Article 6 of the General Conditions of Contract and as supplemented by Attachment 2 of this Agreement.
