Contract Price Revision. a. If circumstances arise where the Contractor is able to demonstrate severe hardship due to totally unforseen or dramatic increases in the costs of supplying the Services, NAFC may consider upon written request from the Contractor, but is not required to consider, variation of the Contract Price.
