The schedule of work shall allow sufficient time for meetings with OCCR staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion. After OCCR and A/E are in agreement and all parties have agreed to and signed the CTO, OCCR shall provide A/E with a Notice to Proceed to begin work.
